Depending on the tastes of your coworkers, I might suggest a Reckoning-era acoustic set. The sound quality is really nice for many of those sets, and the jamming never gets too heady for a noob. 10/4, 10/10 and 10/26 are all fine choices.

10/13 just might be the best wooden set of either of the Warfield/Radio City runs...
